Zenthai Shiatsu Workshop
A nourishing mix of traditional Thai massage, Zen Shiatsu, assisted stretching and pressure point work that feels amazing.
We will teach you techniques you can take home and practice.
You will learn to:

→ Take time to slow down and be present

MENTORSHIP MODULE
Take a functional approach to yoga anatomy. We learn about biomechanical archetypes, to help you unlock your potential, confidently select appropriate variations and use props to personalise your practice.
Take a 90 master class and go next level to integrate the theory in a whole module of hands on learning.
Master Class Only: 18th of July 11am-12:30pm
Theory Integration: 25th of July 11am-4pm

Pranayama & Subtle Anatomy

Learn to regulate your nervous system and incorporate the wisdom of mindfulness into your practice. We will experience different techniques and develop a tailored palette of practices to optimise focus, manage pain and evoke relaxation.
Take a 2 hour master class and go next level to integrate the theory in a whole module of hands on learning.
