What we will explore together

This course is designed for dedicated yoga practitioners, aspiring teachers and yoga teacher training graduates who wish to deepen their understanding of yoga and enrich their practice. If you are seeking to explore new horizons with hands-on, tactile, in-person learning, this is for you!

Delivery Format

One month. Small Cohort. Real Growth.

  • One in-person master class (a 90 min practice to embody the wisdom of the course).

  • A day, in-person workshop at West End Yoga (discussion of theoretic foundations, Q&A with support).

  • A practice journal with prompts to contemplate, track progress and ensure integration of the theory.

  • And an optional 1-on-1 mentoring session with Stef to support your journey, practice and ask questions. This is your personal time with Stef - make the most of it!

  • A live group call for collaborative integration and accountability.

    More than 20 years of yoga practice, 10 years of yoga teaching and several YTTs in, I am excited to keep learning and I hope a droplet of my enthusiasm will reignite your practice.

  • YES! You could just sign up for the 90min practice. But you might get curious to join the full immersion. Here we unpack why and how our yoga practice works. In each immersion, we:

    • Consider different approaches to practice

    • Get support developing your practice

    • Practice more separately

    • Compare notes on practice

    • Collectively contribute to the evolution of yoga practice.

  • Yes. Each immersion is modularised so provided we still have capacity, you are SO welcome to drop in for the topics that interest you.

  • After a masterclass and a workshop of inspiration, you go home with a practice journal. A place to record your practice, journaling prompts, a 1-on-1 call with me and a group check in to learn from each others experiences.

  • You have one hour to indulge your curiosity, clarify any confusion and work on either your embodiment or intellectualise the practice. As a yoga therapist, Stef customises the sessions to serve the evolution of your practice.
