Each module comprises:

  • A monthly master class(in-depth practice to embody the wisdom of the module)

  • A monthly workshop at West End Yoga (discussion of theoretic foundations, Q&A and support developing a practice that embodies this wisdom of the module)

  • A practice journal with prompts to track progress and ensure integration of the theory

  • A monthly 1-on-1 mentoring session with Stef to support your process

  • A monthly group call for collaborative integration and accountability

FAQ

  • I would love to have you for the whole journey but if you can't make the whole journey here are your options:

    - Invest in 1-on-1 mentoring to keep you up with the module you missed

    - Attend the modules you can and make the most of it

  • We understand it can be more manageable to pay month-by-month!

    Monthly payments will be invoiced on the 1st of each month, from May to October 2026, inclusive.

  • Yes.

    If you are unable to attend and give at least 30 days notice, we offer a 100% refund.

    If you are unable to attend and give less than 30 days but more than 48 hours notice, we offer 50% refund.

    In lieu of modules missed, I offer discounted 1-on-1 mentoring on a case-by-case basis.
