This is your class pass to yoga at ESP
As space is extremely limited, classes are not refundable but they are transferrable. That means, if you are not able to attend, you are most welcome to send a colleague in your place.

Consider clothing comfortable for movement and relaxation. Basic yoga mats and sanitising spray will be provided. You may prefer to bring your own yoga mat or props to ensure additional comfort.
If you are managing an health condition or injury, that may impact your yoga practice, you are most welcome to email here or talk to me before class to ensure your safety and comfort during practice.
